1-to-1 Coaching for Business Leaders

Michelle helps Executives and Business Owners to develop their vision for their business and lives and to identify and overcome any barriers (real or perceived) to achieving their goals. With her genuine and intuitive approach, she digs deep to uncover the real issues and partners with her clients to develop action and accountability plans in a caring, get-it-done manner.

Team Coaching

Using coaching theory and methodologies Michelle works with you and your team to create a culture of trust and accountability to create a high performing team. Together you will identify and remove barriers to your success as a team and company to reach your goals.

Strategy Facilitation

A bit team coaching, a bit facilitation, a bit visioning and a lot of tangible outcome.  Spend the day clarifying your vision, developing action and accountability plans.  Walk away knowing where you are going, why you want to go there and who will do what by when. Results matter and Michelle will make sure that your strategic planning session gets you where you need to go.  She will keep you on time and on task in a fun, direct, caring manner, regardless of how sensitive some discussions might get.

Management Retreats

Based on your objectives for the retreat, Michelle will create an agenda with the perfect combination of ice-breaker/inclusion exercises,  brainstorming techniques, self-discovery exercises and educational learning opportunities. All you need to do is show up and participate while Michelle manages the agenda, timing and meeting flow to meet your needs.

I was always skeptical about having a coach. I know what my business problems are, and I know how to fix them. Why do I need someone to help understand the things I already know? Working with Michelle has changed my thinking completely. She works with business owners, and she understands the problems and pressures we all face. Michelle has helped me understand the true problems and bottlenecks in my business operations, not just the ones I thought I had. Her broad-based business knowledge and years of experience have helped me immensely on issues of strategy, direction and long-term thinking. She has helped me look at things from 35,000 feet in the air, as well as day-to-day issues on the ground. More than anything, she has helped me be accountable for taking those actions that need to be taken.

Michelle has a very methodical and logical way of approaching problems, which is very helpful when facing emotional decisions. She has a very strong EQ (emotional quotient), and understands your perspective on the issues that you are facing. Michelle challenges your point of view and the assumptions that you make, encouraging you to think from a different perspective. Her guidance is always directed towards an action. During a coaching session you work through a problem, so that by the end of the session you form your own action plan. Over the past two years working with Michelle, I’ve grown to really trust and respect her professionally and personally. She has helped me make and execute some very tough decisions - with positive results!

Michelle has a unique combination of empathy and pragmatism that has really helped me build my confidence as a leader, and develop my accountability skills for both myself and the team. She’s an incredibly smart person with a huge EQ and the experience and credentials to help navigate almost any business problem. I simply would not have been able to grow as a business owner and leader without her counsel. Thank you Michelle!

I met Michelle about 5 years ago at a time when I believed business/life coaching was a gimmick. Her upfront and kind nature was refreshing. In addition to keeping me accountable, she introduced me to concepts and approaches to problem solving that weren’t always apparent to me. Coaching isn’t always about the bottom line. It has a lot to do with the process and in my opinion it’s very much about having a nurturing environment where one can take risks and grow both personally and professionally. In my specific case, Michelle was integral in helping me shift mental paradigms that were limiting me. The benefits to business and life were directly linked to that shift. The future has never been brighter and I wake up everyday with the expectation that I will be challenged.
